The Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) and EdgeProp Singapore are excited to announce the official launch of a dedicated Multi-Listing System (MLS) exclusively for SEAA’s real estate agent members. The MLS, which was developed following an agreement signed in December 2024, is now fully operational and will go live on June 18.

Designed as a cost-effective platform, the MLS aims to facilitate seamless co-broking among SEAA’s 15,000 agent members. It allows members to post, manage, and collaborate on property listings within a secure, centralized environment. The MLS is owned by SEAA, while EdgeProp, the technology partner behind the initiative, will continue to develop and maintain the platform. Together, SEAA and EdgeProp will enhance and ensure its reliability and relevance in a rapidly evolving real estate landscape.

The MLS is a web-based system that is mobile-friendly from launch, with plans for a dedicated mobile application being considered.

Adam Wang, president of SEAA, shared, “We are excited to collaborate with EdgeProp on this industry-driven initiative, which aims to provide an affordable alternative platform for our members to enhance co-broking opportunities. This will help address the rising operational costs for agents and reinforce SEAA’s commitment to equipping our members with innovative and effective tools.”

The key features and benefits of the MLS include its cost-effective co-broking platform, which offers an affordable solution for SEAA members to collaborate on sales and rental transactions. The platform also boasts a centralized listings database that is exclusive to SEAA members, promoting trust and collaboration within the association. Moreover, the MLS has a one-property-one-listing rule to ensure listing quality and avoids duplicate listings. It also offers ongoing support and innovation through continuous system maintenance and updates by EdgeProp to meet the evolving needs of the industry. As SEAA owns the platform, members can be assured of its alignment with their interests and priority in data security and accountability.

Bernard Tong, CEO of EdgeProp, added, “We are proud to partner with SEAA in launching this platform. Our goal has always been to empower the industry through technology, and this MLS is a meaningful step towards a more collaborative, efficient, and modern real estate ecosystem.”

To encourage adoption, SEAA members will enjoy complimentary access to the platform from the launch date until the end of 2025. From January 1, 2026, a nominal subscription fee, designed to remain affordable, will apply. The MLS also offers training materials and user support to facilitate onboarding and maximize adoption.

In related news, SEAA awarded 625 agents at its annual SG Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards and appointed Anthony Gan as CEO. SEAA will also be leading best practices on co-broking commissions, which will take effect from July 1.
